Welcome to Core Data Services

These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of Core Data LLP's services, including our mobile applications and websites. By using our services you accept these terms and conditions in full. Do not continue to use our services if you do not accept all of the terms and conditions stated on this page.

The following terminology applies to these Terms and Conditions: "Core Data", "Company", "we", "our" and "us", refers to Core Data LLP. "Client", "you" and "your" refers to you, the person accessing our services and accepting the Company's terms and conditions. "Services" refers to our mobile applications, websites, and related digital products. "Party", "Parties", or "Us", refers to both the Client and ourselves, or either the Client or ourselves.

All terms refer to the offer, acceptance and consideration of payment necessary to undertake the processes offered to the Client in order to meet the user needs. Any use of the above terminology or other words in the singular, plural, capitalization and/or he/she or they, are taken as interchangeable and therefore as referring to same.

1. Reservation of Rights

If you are an individual accessing or using our services on behalf of, or for the benefit of, any corporation, partnership or other entity with which you are associated (an "Organization"), then you are agreeing to these Terms on behalf of yourself and such Organizations, and you represent and warrant that you have the legal authority to bind such Organizations to these Terms.

References to "you" and "your" in these Terms will refer to both the individual using our services and to any such Organization.

We reserve the right at any time and in our sole discretion to remove all access to our applications or websites. We also reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. By continuing to access our applications and websites, you agree to be bound to and abide by these terms and conditions.

2. Service Description

Core Data LLP provides digital solutions including mobile applications, web development services, software development, and related technology consulting services. Our services may include:

• Custom mobile application development
• Web application and website development
• Software consulting and development services
• Digital product design and user experience services
• Technology support and maintenance services

Users have the right to submit requests, provide feedback, and request modifications to services as agreed upon in separate service agreements.

3. License and Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, Core Data LLP owns the intellectual property rights for all material on our services. All intellectual property rights are reserved. You may view and/or use our services for your intended purpose subject to restrictions set in these terms and conditions and any separate licensing agreements.

You must not:

• Republish material from our services without permission
• Sell, rent or sub-license material from our services
• Reproduce, duplicate or copy material from our services for commercial purposes
• Redistribute content from our services unless specifically made for redistribution
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from our applications

Core Data LLP reserves the full rights (but has no obligation to) monitor, evaluate and remove any submitted materials at any time and for any reason, or analyze your access to and use of our services.

No use of Core Data LLP's logo or other artwork will be allowed without a trademark/license agreement.

4. User Responsibilities

You represent and warrant that any information you provide in connection with our services are and will remain accurate and complete, and that you will maintain and update such information as needed.

You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You are prohibited from using our services:

• In any way that violates applicable laws or regulations
• To transmit, or procure the sending of, any advertising or promotional material without our prior written consent
• To impersonate or attempt to impersonate the Company, a Company employee, another user, or any other person or entity
• In any way that could disable, overburden, damage, or impair our services

5. Content and Data

While we endeavor to ensure that the information in our services is correct and up to date, we do not warrant its completeness or accuracy; nor do we commit to ensuring that our services remain available or that the material in our applications is kept up to date.

We shall have no responsibility or liability for any content appearing in our services. You agree to indemnify and defend us against all claims arising out of or based upon our services.

If you find any information in our services objectionable for any reason, you may contact us about this. We will consider requests to remove information but will have no obligation to do so or to respond directly to you.

6. Payment and Billing

Some of our services may require payment. Payment terms will be specified in separate service agreements or within the application at the time of purchase. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise specified in writing.

We reserve the right to change our pricing at any time. If you are on a subscription service, price changes will be communicated to you in advance.

7. Privacy and Data Protection

Your privacy is important to us. Our collection and use of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Please review our Privacy Policy, which also governs your use of our services.

8. Service Availability

We strive to provide continuous access to our services, but we do not guarantee that our services will be available at all times. Our services may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our services at any time with or without notice.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we exclude all representations, warranties and conditions relating to our services and the use of our services (including, without limitation, any warranties implied by law in respect of satisfactory quality, fitness for purpose and/or the use of reasonable care and skill).

Nothing in this disclaimer will:

• Limit or exclude our liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation
• Limit any of our liabilities in any way that is not permitted under applicable law
• Exclude any of our liabilities that may not be excluded under applicable law

To the extent that our services and the information and services within our services are provided free of charge, we will not be liable for any loss or damage of any nature.

10. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Core Data LLP and its affiliates, employees, contractors, agents, officers and directors, from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees).

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use our services will cease immediately.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be interpreted and governed by the laws of the Republic of Maldives. Any disputes arising from these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Maldives.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect.

By continuing to access or use our services after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
